number change but just upgraded

Just recently upgraded my phone (2days ago) and I can’t not change my number and the reps are closed but it is a must can this be done

If you just upgraded, does this mean you were an exisiting customer long before?

Why are you trying to change your number now? Are you trying to port a number in? What error are you getting when you try to change your number?
