Not Working - Received Promotional Offer Via Text - But Does not Show up in my Self Serve Account

I have received a promotional offer via text from Koodo. I followed the instructions in the text: login to self serve account and select “Change my Plan”. But I do not see the offer at all in my account after following thr instructions.

Please help me, how do I get access to this offer and sign up for it?

Did the offer say you would have to upgrade your phone to get the plan? Or it was just a simple plan change?. If possible can you post it here? (Without any personal information please)


The offer did not say that I need to upgrade my phone. It implied a simple plan change.

There are a few reports in the forum that there was a technical glitch with few recent promotions. let me flag a rep to look into it
