not receive call since moving to Koodo

I am not able to receive the call and message after moving to Koodo and when i wanna to ask Koodo customer and service and they force me to request a callback. it is funny and ridiculous .

You can request a callback at any number, it doesn't have to be to your cellphone. They can also be contacted via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM if you don't have access to any other phone.

Did you recently port your number over to koodo? If so, this sounds like the port failed to complete.
