NOT ABLE TO PORT IN NUMBER TO KOODO


JUST GOT MY SIM TODAY.  WHEN I TRY TO PORT MY NUMBER IN SELF SERVE IT SAYS ‘OOPS THERE WAS AN ERROR’. TRIED MANY TIMES BUT SAME RESULT.

Have you tried to clear cache and cookies in your browser? If it still doesn’t work, please use a different device, preferably a computer. Also, make sure you enter the correct info required for the port process.
