Non-koodo customer recieving koodo emails re: bill payments


A koodo customer has entered in my email address as their contact address. I receive emails when they make a payment or change their service. I tried contacting koodo, and they told me that I need to log into self serve to change the email address, but I am not a koodo customer and it is not my account. The only information I get in the email is: Account #: ****143 Reference #: 33840622 Phone #: *** - *** - 9615 I am so tired of these emails. Any suggestions?

Other than calling the number and letting them know about this, there isn't much Koodo can do.

Only thing I can suggest is to call Koodo and escalate. I know they can't give details on the account but the support team might be able to deal with that problem you are having.
I don't want any account details. I just want them to stop emailing me.

If you send an email through "Contact Us" With the information, they may be able to do something.

Do the emails include the full number for that customer? Just call them and tell them what's going on. I'm sure they will be thankful.
