No SIM Card Still

I purchased SIM card online and got an order confirmation on 11/12.

I’ve been told that I’ll receive my SIM in 1 to 2 days and it’s been more than a week and I still don’t have the SIM yet.

Is there any tracking that I can use to check status of the order?

Afraid not. It gets shipped by Canada post regular mail. You should at least be notified of shipment. Did you check your junk folder? Do you have an order number?

It takes up to 7 to 10 business days for the SIM card to arrive. I would suggest you to be patient and keep waiting until it arrives. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/shipping-and-delivery

For your reference, I placed my order on Nov 27, and got it approved and shipped on Dec 2, finally received my SIM card on Dec 14. I emailed them koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com yesterday thought SIM card is not coming, but got it today, Lol. Koodo responded me within a day and offered me the option to purchase the SIM card at local store, and they will pay for the amount add the adjustment to my account. Thankfully I waited for another day! I think its because of Christmas season and just wait patiently, it can take up to 10 business days which exclude weekends and holidays.
