no service...sim says not register ed


Help..msg came on my phone today and the other phones work on my plan...but not mine. I'm the main account

Take out your battery and SIM card. Wait 30 seconds. Re-insert. Also make sure in your mobile settings option that 2G only networks is unchecked or unselected. Re-register onto network by selecting Network operators and select automatically. If those dont work call customer service by dialing 1-866-995-6636 on a landline or *611 on a Koodo mobile phone

Also make sure your phones not on Airplane mode
