No service/signal


I have been with Koodo for many years. I have terrible cell phone service at my home. I was told I would just have to wait for more towers to be built. It's literally been years. After calling, I was again told I would have to wait for more towers to be built, or get a very expensive booster, that could not be guaranteed either. I feel like I've been being told to go pound sand. I am paying for both home and cell phone service. I am sick of it. I feel like I am paying for nothing. Any other suggestions, besides cancelling service?

Are you at the border of Koodo's coverage?

Coverage is so important.  I think you need to switch carriers.  There is nothing really they can do.  Towers take time to build too and require regulatory approval.

Note that Telus uses the same network as Koodo
