ON WHAT PHONE, KOODO? I tried porting my number from my old provider and was supposed to receive a message from Koodo within 4 hours. More than 4 hours later, no message, no service. Go to the chat bot, type port help, say it’s been 4 hours, it says I have to schedule a call back. Is this a joke?
You need chat support. A bot does not cut it and this is a ridiculous oversight
