no service

I have no service, I have no landline to call Koodo Cs to put in a service ticket. Is there a Whatsup tel#? Or any other way I can reach you? I need my cellphone working. Please help.

Is wifi calling available on your phone? What phone do you have?

Is your account in good standing?

Yup! Service is intermittent. I only get one bar and for only one min or so. No service for most part of the day. I need cs to enter a service ticket to look at  nearest cell tower

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to file a request. Do you have a call over WiFi capable phone? You could also do a VoIP number to have something for a call back.
