no service

I have no signal 3 hours ago so i tried to take off the battery (i have the Motorola BQ50).. After several attempts the signal bar is back on my phone but i can't make a call or send a message.. please help.. i have a good reception in my area. it is the first time i encounter this problem on my phone..

Assuming the phone was left on when you took out the battery, you'll need to wait until Koodo is open to call their tech support for assistance.
