No internet connection

I transferred to Koodo because I heard good things about it. I can call and they can call me back and so are the messages. The problem though is most places I go there is no internet connection and the signal is weak. I have only internet connection when I use WIFI if I turn it off no internet even if my mobile data is on. How is that? Why? My phone by the way is Sony Xperia Z2...

It is puzzling that even using wifi your connection doesn't work. You'll want to make sure your phone settings are configured properly and you haven't inadvertently disabled wifi or something along those lines.
