No Facebook :(


I just got the Galaxy Ace II on Saturday and now I have no internet connection suddenly. I tried taking out the battery, but that didn't help. Suggestions please!!

Did you check if "use packet data " is on ? here is the path [b] Settings > more settings > mobile network

Is your plan comes with Data, are you using WI-FI?

Also, make sure you don't have "Use 2G networks" checked off as well.

Another big thing is your Access Point Names (APN) (also under mobile network)... you need to make sure that your APN is sp.koodo.com. If this does not work what you can do is add another APN and choose it - here are what needs to be entered for the Ace 2: Tap the menu key, then tap new APN and enter the following information: Name: KOODO APN: sp.koodo.com Proxy: 74.49.0.18 Port: 80 Username: leave blank Password: leave blank Server: leave blank MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc MMS Proxy server: 74.49.0.18 MMS Port: 80 MCC: 302 MNC: 220 Authentication type: None APN type: Internet + MMS Tap the menu key, then tap Save. If this does not work then you really want to talk to Koodo tech support - you would want to call from another line and be prepared to repeat some things, so that tech support can fix your issue.
