Switched over to koodo last month and got my first paper bill. Went online to set up the monthly self serve service using the numbers on the bill and on my account page there is no e-bill? very confused any ideas on why that might be or how to get the e-bill to show up? *** I just set up my sisters phone through koodo prepaid and had no problems, e-bill popped right up.

What can your view on your self serve? If you have limited info and cant do anything on your self serve then your account might not have been set up by Koodo properly and you will need to call in to get it fixed. *611 it's a free call
