Koodo never gave me a call? No the number isn’t blocked, no I did not miss the call, I simply did not get my callback. Hello? Bot is useless.

My dad transferred the authorization of my phone account to me. All I had to do was schedule a callback to fully set it up and give them information.

At what time in the day did you schedule a callback? If late this evening, it’s possible they were unable to respond to you in time.  In the meantime, you can send a private message to Koodo’s Facebook page mentioning your request. Official Koodo reps that see your message should be able to authenticate the account and finalize the process.
