Has anyone had an issue with their Nexus 5, where the LCD display suffers a 'break' in pixels but the screen/glass is not cracked? Added this phone to my plan as it could be added "Free" and had it for 10 days, it did not travel and stayed at home. No force has occurred to it but when I picked it up to use the display was distorted. Sent it off to LG, in Toronto and they refused to repair and Koodo said their was a 'blemish' on the screen and would cost $200 to repair. What the heck is a 'blemish'? This is not screen or glass damage but the display underneath that is effected but they are playing the "Not Covered Under Warranty" card. As you can see from the images, there is no crack on the screen but the display is bad. Very poor customer service...

How's anyone here going to be able to tell with that weird screen protector on it that looks like a gravel surface? A blemish would be an impact spot where the device took impact. LG is good about fixing display issues so there has to be obvious physical damage that is evident to their trained eye to not be covering it.
