New sim on existing account.


I bought a new phone yesterday, and it uses a micro sim, which my old phone did not. So they gave me a micro sim too, but it's not activated. It doesn't look like I can do this without setting up a new account. Am I missing something?

Never mind, I found it. If anyone else has this problem, sign in, go to "Base Plan & Boosters", and there's a sub-tab called "Change SIM Card" in the middle of the menu.

I'm just curious as to why you got a new phone and the person didn't activate the new SIM card and test it out in store before you left. What store was it? Or did you buy it online?
Probably my fault, I was kind of in a hurry. And the store is like ten minutes from my home, anyway, just that they aren't open today so I asked here.
