New SIM not activating

Hello, I just got a new phone.  I went to the Koodo mobile site to change to my new phone’s SIM card.  Now my old phone is deactivated but my new phone is not making calls.  Now BOTH phones say “Not registered on Network.”  I cannot get any help from customer service because even the 611 feature does not work on either of my phones.  What do I do???  Please help.

Who is your previous carrier? Did you receive any verification text from them?

Anyway, i would suggest you use the Koodo sim in your phone. Restart it. If that doesn't work, you could contact their porting department (+1844.232.7678) and ask someone there to help

Go into self serve and make sure the sim card number is correct
