What happens when you try to activate wifi calling?

Did your old plan work with wifi calling?  Did you change phones?

I changed my plan and a notification came up that it would no longer work with my plan .

When trying to activate everything looks normal and active it just will not work when calling

When you login to self serve and check your plans and add-ons, do you see the free VoLTE add-on on your account?

WHat phone are you using?

No I can not find VOlte add on . I have the Samsung s24

We have added VoLTE for you, can you please restart your phone and try again?

It does not seem to be working still .?

So we know your wifi calling is not working, but can you use your talk while on LTE to see if VoLTE is working for you?

In your phone’s settings can you disable Wifi calling and re-enable it?  WHat error do you get specifically when you try to enable it?

I still can not make a call or receive one this is absolutely frustrating

Can you try to turn off wifi calling and then re-able it?

Yes I have tried everything.  I have the symbol at times and then bang it's gone . No one can ever hear me I have no idea what has been going on with it 

Try turning on airplane mode.  Then turn on wifi.  Then make a call.

Does wifi calling work that way?

When you enable your wifi calling what are the settings in the wifi calling menu on your phone?

It seems to work with airplane mode on .  But that will that make it impossible for me to receive calls ?

Only setting i have for wifi calling is on/off and emergency address .

Is there no option to prioritize wifi calling?  There should be a setting called Calling Preference
