New Phone Number Not Working


Hi -- we're having issues switching our phone numbers from Calgary to Montreal. I used self service last week to change both our phone numbers; this action registered on the online form, but now when I look up our accounts, our numbers our listed as the ones we had before I changed them. However, my new phone number is working -- I am receiving calls. My husband, though, is having an issue with his number -- it seems to belong to someone else, and this person called my phone number. How did this person get my number and why did it look like I successfully changed my husband's number and now it seems to belong to another party? And why are the number changes not showing up on our account? Any thoughts? Thanks!
