I am helping my neighbour. She is new to Koodo. We ordered a phone and sim card from Koodo.
We received a order confirmation email and a shipping email. That’s it!! We do not have an account #.
The phone has arrived. Sim card is in. Phone has no number. Can’t create a Koodo account.
Hmmmm. At a stand still.
Phoned Koodo. Because we couldn’t enter a phone number or account #, they hang up on us.
