I ordered a new phone and monthly plan during the boxing day sale, I’m switching from Telus once the new phone is delivered.  I received a call from Koodo Services to verify my account, the call felt suspicious, is that normal for them to call to verify your info and account? seems silly that this online deal I couldn’t get if I called customer service or visited a store but yet someone is calling me

Yes, every once in awhile they will call to verify information. There should be notes on your account if you wish to call them back to confirm any details they may have needed.
