Needing to deactivate account due to relocation -can't get a hold of customer service


I'm moving to Europe from Canada today for 7 months and want to deactivate my account. I called the Koodo customer service line at 10:20am on a Friday and the recording says they are closed. Does anyone know how I can go about deactivating my account online? I looked and could not find this option. Also, if I do deactivate my account now, I know I will have to pay the remainder of my tab and the current month bill but will I still have access to using my phone services until the end of this month since I will have paid for it? Any help is appreciated! Thank you 🙂

HI Kristy, We're not offering online cancellation so you'll have to call. We're certainly open and waiting to take your call. Just hit "0" a few times to be directed to a rep. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
