Need help with PUK code, but I have no phone access. Please help me. The chat will not understand, it keeps offering a callback appointment but I cannot use my phone without entering the PUK code.

If you don’t have access to a phone to speak with a rep, you can send Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter and a rep can help you there.  Note It is not a live chat so it will take a little bit of time for them to reply
