Need help activating my new phone from koodo then deactivate my old phone

I am not good at self serve. I need help to activate my new phone I got in the mail from koodo, then deactivate my old phone

Hi,
I assumed you ordered a new phone on the same account? you could re-use the SIM card in the old phone if the SIM fits. You can keep the new SIM (inactivated SIM) for future use.

If the old SIM doesn't fit into the new phone. you could follow the step here to change your SIM card. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/koodo-sim-support

If you cannot get a callback Sched uled, you'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it cancelled. If you wish to keep your number with another provider, you can port over your number and not have to contact Koodo. You'd have access to self-serve for 90 days to access and pay your final bill. Any particular reason you want to csncrl?
