Name change of my account


Hi, I just recently switched my dad's name to my name on my Koodo account but I'm still seeing my dad's name in e-mails and when I log in to my Koodo account online! Will it switch within a few days or after I pay my next bill?

It is very possible the Self Serve profile still has your dad as the main account holder. Very easy fix since the account is under your name now. Call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 option 5 for Customer Service. What they can do is delete the existing profiles on the account for Self Serve and send you a new setup email for you to fill out. That process should take no more than 5 minutes after verification of the account. the agent can stay on the line while you fill out the forms so they will have the confirmation of the proper name after the set up. I've done that numerous times for customers and I found it to be a very efficient way to fix the issue of the name. No offense, Vincent, but sometimes emails can take awhile in the event there is a delay for sending and receiving 😛
