My Tab balance is $0 and I am up for upgrade. I was going to get new phone but they said I have to pay 800 + something if I want a new phone because of my Tab.. I don’t understand nothing about it. Anyone can help me out? I never pay anything when I had my phone few years ago when I first signed up for Koodo.

What plan do you currently have? Which phone are you trying to upgrade to?
My plan is $50 or $55 with roll over data plan and I would like to upgrade to Iphone 14. My current phone is Samsung S10.

I think it means that you have a current Tab that’s not paid off yet. If you want a new phone, you’d first need to pay off the old Tab which is $800. At least that is my best guess.
Edit: I see that you posted that your tab balance is $0. In that case, it’s probably the upfront cost of the upgrade to the iPhone 14.
