My Refer bonus

I have taken two new Mobile connection and while get new connection I told I want to show refer for second connection for my self but its not happen I am not getting any benefit of refer a friend when I reach koodo shop they told me reach out to Customer Care I searched on net for customer care Number but I have not found direct Number so please can you let me know what should I have to do to get my refer bonus

Did you go to http://koodoreferral.com/default.aspx? Fill out 2 forms for 2 new activations. At the end it should've provided you with a code at which point you provide these codes to the 2 people you were reffering. Generally, when the codes are provided to the store rep the processing period can take 4-6 weeks. Also as for the koodo shop they shouldn't of set the expectation for you to call in for this since this is an online form that has to be filled out.

At t...All of this MUST be done BEFORE the other people activate their new lines or there will be no referal credit. in addition that code can be used to track the status of the referal. So it's a good thing to hold on too.
