My phone is showing no service snd I am unable to connect to Koodo Network

I have restarted my phone as well as reinserted my sim however the problem still prevails

Do you have no signal wherever you go? See if you can put your Sim card in another device to see if the problem follows. And vice versa. If you are unable to, go to a Koodo store or bestbuy or walmart for a demo Sim and device to be tried.

I put the sim in other device and the sim is working and connecting to the network

Can you go into manual network selection and see what pops up when the list populates and if Koodo is one of them.

Yes koodo is the first one on the list when i go for manual selection

Did you check your IMEI if your phone has reported  as stolen...?

If your device has been listed as lost or stolen you won't be able to activate it on any network in Canada. You'll have to contact the previous owner and ask them to remove it from the data base.
