My Phone Broke , I sent it in to MobileKlinik to be Repaired Under Warranty, But They Can't Get Parts. What Do I Do?

A few weeks ago, my LG G8X ThinQ broke and I sent it in under warranty repair to MobileKlinik and they said they’re having troubles getting parts for the phone, so they said I should contact LG about sending it for a repair.

I was wondering if it’d be a better idea to contact Koodo and see if they can just send me a replacement instead since the phone is still under warranty.

What should I do?

You could try to contact the webstore directly and ask. However, they might not have any replacement in stock. Contacting LG directly might be also a quicker option as LG should have parts left in their inventory.

When did you purchase the phone? If you purchased it at a Koodo store in Ontario or Nova Scotia, you may be able to return it until June 20 due to the extended return policy.
