My current phone is under my Mother's name and information. How do I change it over to all of my information?

Your mother has to call in and request a transfer of ownership. Then you just call back later to finish the transfer, by passing the credit check (2 pieces of government issued ID required). $25 fee will apply. Or you guys can both go in-store together to do it and the fee won't apply. Free to do it in-store
