I bought a prepaid SIM card yesterday, but when I tried to activate it online, it said that the SIM # was invalid. I live 3 hours away from the place where I bought the SIM card, and that was the closest place. There's no way I can go back anytime soon. I tried calling Koodo, but it said I should call back when they're open. I called at 10am on Wed. so I'm not sure what's going on. Is there any way I'll be able to use my existing SIM card? Who should I bug about sending me a free SIM card by express post, the shop that sold it to me, or Koodo itself?
