My account has been hacked and the email changed

I just received  notification that  my  account email   has been  changed, and  it is unclear how  I contact a human being to solve this  issue.  How  do  I  contact a person at  Koodo?

@kmacwilliam Can you pls share a screenshot of the email?  And pls contact us via direct message on Facebook. We can authenticate your account and look into what happened.
