I lost my account some one change everything on my self serve i can longing and my sim card is no longer working please help

Did someone port or your number? Call 1-844-232-7678 back right away to get your port reversed... You can call from any phone so please take action soon!

Thanks for the quick reply. I got access now and my sim card is working again oof. It the first time I see my phone say no sim card is that normal? Or does not mean someone tries to change sim card and steal my number?

“No SIM card” message usually means a physical issue with the SIM or the phone. “Unregistered SIM” would the likely message if your account had been closed.

Right, it almost seems as if it’s something else in your case, not a hacker stealing your number, Denis. You said things changed in your self serve without you doing it, can you explain what changed? Do you still have access?
