Moving a Line from One Koodo Account to a Different Koodo Account

I recently purchased a phone for my mother for Christmas and did so though my account to keep it a surprise. Now that I have paid for the activation and the first two months, she would like to take over ownership of the account. My dad currently has an active account with Koodo as well. I would like to have the line activated for my mother moved from my account over to my Dad’s account. Is this possible?
