MMS problems!!!


The last two days when friends/family have tried to send me images instead of downloading it comes up with a message "real time authorization failed" why is my phone doing this? I have turned my phone off and on 3 times, tried charging it too full battery and turning it off and on and still nothing.

Ive heard that there was a known issue with mms yesterday. I don't know if the issue is fixed or not. Best to call Koodo and ask if the issue is continuing and when will it be working again.

You are correct. For prepaid customers, there is an issue with MMS and that exact error that was posted above. No ETA when it will be fixed, though.
