So I recently bought one of the black friday sales that had the S22 and a pair Galaxy buds 2. Parcel arrived with just the phone and im wondering if another one is to arrive or should I speak to someone?

Did you upgrade your device? Are you an existing Koodo customer?

The deal is apparently new activations only, even though the link took us to an option to upgrade without warning us that would remove the buds or even mentioning it was new activations only.
