Missed the prompt for the promo code at checkout


I just placed an order onine, but entirely missed where to enter the promo code for $10 off each month. I cannot access 'Contact Web Store' to cancel the order, it says I am not authorized - how can I fix this?

Are you a new customer? How did you try to contact webstore and see the message "I am not authorized"?

To contact Webstore, you need to set up a call back from them at www.koodo.com/chat . You could also ask them to put the code on for you instead of order cancellation.

Just make sure you say it is for a webstore order before you schedule a callback
