Recently I have been getting calls from random people saying that they got missed call from my number. Which is weird because i never made any one of them. Every day at least i get two calls . Had spoken to a customer service person two months back and raised the concern. After that the calls stopped. Unfortunately it started again since yesterday. How to stop from my number getting miss used.
Its giving me kind of anxiety . Concerned that no one should put my number in spam list.
Unfortunately anyone can spoof the caller display to show whatever number they want. If a scammer has started using your number in their call display, there’s unfortunately nothing you can do about it besides waiting it out, or changing your number.
Scam calls or robo calls mask their phone numbers to look like legitimate numbers.
There is not much you can do except to change your number if you choose to do so
