Misinformation & ball faced LIES!!!

When I was hired by Koodo, as the 2nd class ever trained for Koodo by the senior Telus Instructor, Mr. C Jones,as well by the senior directors of Koodo it self that our class along with the 1st class were PROMISSED our E.P.P.'s for LIFE!! Not our terms with Koodo. This was to be our.gift from the company for being part of the Koodo launch team. The 1st ever Customer Service & Technical Support group for the company. I have always praised Koodo for being a fair, honest & caring company, but this removal of my E.P.P. has soured my beliefs!!! What I want to know is why was I and all of the people who helped launch & support this company in the very beginning LIED to?? If the answer I am to get is, well you don't work for us anymore. My 2nd question will have to be What does: " YOUR E.P.P. IS YOURS FOR LIFE" really mean?? My life is not over, nor have I ever done anything that would warrant the termination of my non-contract. Please, can someone see about my E.P.P

You are mistaken. EPP accounts are not kept for life. They are kept as long as you are employed by Koodo. Once you are no longer employed by Koodo, you are no longer entitled to that EPP account. This is how it has always been. Nothing has ever been stated that you get to keep EPP for life. I have worked with Koodo for 4 years and any ex employee loses the EPP discount. Tough luck for you, but that's the reality of it. Good luck in your future endeavors though.

Hanging out dirty laundry about the company you once worked for is not going to be helpful in your further careers... just saying... I suggest you approach Koodo privately and calmly about the matter, this is not something to air on a public forum with mostly customers only. Show some respect & dignity please!

For life as long as you work for Koodo even if they had of stopped doing the EPP discounts not for your entire life when you leave.

They probably meant "for life" as long as you work for them. 🙂

Do Koodo Employees have a faint hope clause in their contracts, where life can be reduced to 15 years.....LOL
