Make a payment

I need to make a payment but I am not with Koodo anymore, so I cannot access Self Serve. Can I still use my account number to make a payment through my bank app?

When did you move from Koodo? If it was within 90 days, you should be able to access your self-service and make payment there. You could also pay via online banking but then you would need to make sure if the amount is correct and they receive it.

Just to clarify, yes you can use your account number to pay via your bank app
