Possibly something besides a tab. The tab is great for people just starting with Koodo, but I have been with Koodo for over 3 years now (ever since I moved to a new city and needed a new service provider), and just a couple months ago my boyfriend and I (we have two phones under my name) needed new phones. Ours crapped out, and Koodo had to max our tab out just to get us new phones, which were Samsung galaxy IIx, so not even the newest most expensive phones. I don't know.. I love the fact that they did that, but it just seemed to me that being with Koodo for so long there should have been something that could have been done. Our phones quit unexpectedly and we didn't exactly have a lot of money on hand to pay for new ones. Just would have been nice if Koodo could have done something for a customer that had been with them for years. Other than that, Koodo is great! Staff is always great, I love the service, the billing isn't complicated, everything else is fine! Just seems like there aren't many perks to being a loyal customer. Thanks though guys, for being Koodo!!
