lost phone

I have lost my phone and i know I won’t be able to find it ! I blocked it and I want to purchase a new one on koodo’s website. They ask me to valid who I am by send me a code on my cellphone, witch obviously I don’t have acces to confirm the order ! What can I do ?

Yikes, sorry you lost your phone. I never understood why Koodo chose to send a text message as that is the very reason why people usually want to replace their phone… but that aside.

To answer your question: you can either schedule a call back through the digital assistant (if you still have a phone you can use) or contact them through Facebook or Twitter PM. They will be able to verify your identity and help you order your new phone.
