Lost phone

Lost my phone, trying to purchase another one through self serve but it says it needs confirmation on my old phone (which I don’t have). Nearest store is 800 kms away.

If you lost your phone, you could report it as lost and stolen in selfserve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone

After that, you can theoretically reactivate the SIM without the old SIM card.

If that doesn’t work, then you have to contact Koodo directly as Robert mentioned.
