Lost old phone with pre-paid plan how to transfer to new phone?

Hello,

I just lost my old phone recently but I still have access to my pre-paid account on Koodo. How do I go about transferring my old plan to the new phone? Do I have to buy a new pre-paid sim?  How do I then transfer my old plan to this new sim? Thanks in advance.
