Lost mms send and receive

I updated my plan that has been working flawlessly from 5G to 10G per month and now I can no longer send or receive mms. Android Xiaomi Mi9T

Data still working

Can you check if your APN was set correctly as per this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone

Also, If possible, can you post the APN setting of your phone here?(hide/delete all personal information before posting pls)

This is what I have

Name-Koodo

APN- sp.koodo.ca

MMSC- http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc 

MMS proxy-74.49.0.18

MMS port-80

MCC-302

MNC-220

APN type default,supl,mms

APN-roaming protocal-IPv4/IPv6

APN-enabled

Tried adding a new APN with instructions and lost all data

It is veryhard to check what is wrong and right from the typing. Could you post a snapshot of the apn you had in the phone ?

There are 2 wrong parameters there.

MMS Proxy:  mmscproxy.mobility.ca

MMS port: 8799

Also make sure

APN protocol is set to IPv4

APN roaming Protocol IPv4

 

I suggest you change them and see if that work
