Lost cell phone

I have recently lost my cell phone, but I have had a monthly plan with koodo for the last year and ahlaf or so. Can I use my tab to go towards a replacement phone?

You can use what you've built up on the tab to purchase a new phone. If you are able to log into your self serve account, i recommend you suspend your service so then if someone gets your phone they won't be able to use the Koodo sim card.
