Login Troubles 2


When I try to log in on my phone using the app, I put my information in and it tells me that they are unable to prosess my request and that I should try again later. I have tried many times throughout a few days and I am getting frusterated. I just want to see my e-bill.

If you're having login problems you should call *611 & they can see if there's something wrong on their end. They'll walk you through the process.

More often than not though, simply erasing and reinstalling the app will solve most problems.
