Login & Billing

I can not login to my account every time I am on the home page and select “login” it says error website cannot be found I have tried this on two different desktops and on my cellphone and all in different browsers and get the same result. My bill was higher this month then in previous and there’s no reason why, all I want is to login and see my bill but I just hit a road block everywhere I turn. Any help at this point would be appreciated.

At what point exactly do you get this error message? I mean, what link did you click and where does it tell you that the page does not exist?

Have you tried logging in from a different browser?

Have you ever successfully logged in before?

Sophia - On the Koodo Mobile home page in the top right hand corner there is a button above the magnifying glass and shopping cart that says “Log in” this is what was selected. 

Robert -  I have tried both Internet explorer and Chrome on both my PC and cell phone

Dennis - It has been a year or so but I have logged into Koodo successfully before
