I have been trying for months to get a callback to cancel a line. What kind of company is this? Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. I was only cancelling a $20 charge on my bill but keeping all other services. I’m afraid they have forced me to seek coverage elsewhere.

@David Des It looks like we tried to call you earlier this morning. Pls make sure the Koodo number is not blocked on your phone. I see you booked a second call as well. Are you not seeing any of those calls come through?
